About Us

At just 18 years old, Hamish Carkeet made the bold decision to move from Sunshine Coast (Noosa) to Ipswich, Queensland. There, he began his career in sales at a Telstra Store. During this time, he quickly built strong relationships with customers and became a valued part of the local community.

Hamish later transitioned into vehicle sales, where he gained valuable insights into how dealerships operate. This experience inspired him to pursue a Business Manager traineeship with the well-known Queensland-based company, A P Eagers Automotive.

With guidance from some of Queensland’s top Business Managers, Hamish successfully completed his traineeship in 2014. He then stepped into a Business Manager role under the Newstead Mazda banner, operated by Eagers.

In 2017, Hamish began his journey as a Finance Broker with Rostron Finance. Over the next seven years, he developed strong product knowledge and built a customer-focused approach based on honesty and transparency.

By 2024, Hamish decided it was time to take the next step in his career. He established his own finance brokerage, Noble Asset Finance, also known as Noble AF.
