At just 17 years old, Hamish moved from Noosa on the Sunshine Coast to Ipswich, Queensland, where he began his career in sales at a local Telstra store. He quickly developed a natural ability to connect with customers and became a valued member of the local community.
Hamish later moved into vehicle sales, gaining firsthand knowledge of dealership operations and the automotive finance process. This experience led him to undertake a Business Manager traineeship with Eagers Automotive (formerly AP Eagers) one of Australia’s largest automotive retail groups.
Supported by experienced automotive Business Managers, Hamish completed his traineeship in 2014 before progressing into a Business Manager role with Newstead Mazda, operated by Eagers Automotive.
In 2017, Hamish began working as a Finance Broker with an established brokerage. Over the following seven years, he developed extensive product knowledge and a personalised, customer-focused approach built around honesty, transparency and clear communication.
After more than 15 years of experience across sales, dealerships and finance, Hamish established Noble Asset Finance in 2024. Through Noble AF, he now provides straightforward finance assistance to clients throughout Ipswich, Greater Springfield, Brisbane and across Australia.
