About Us

At just 18 years old, Hamish Carkeet made the bold decision to move from Sunshine Coast (Noosa) to Ipswich, Queensland. It was there that he began his career in sales at a Telstra Store,
where he quickly built strong relationships with customers and established deep roots in the local community.

Hamish soon transitioned into vehicle sales, where he gained valuable insights into the inner workings of dealerships.
This experience led him to pursue a Business Manager traineeship with the well-known Queensland-based company, A P Eagers Automotive.
Under the mentorship of some of Queensland’s top Business Managers, Hamish completed his traineeship in 2014 and moved into a Business Manager
role under the Newstead Mazda Banner, operated by Eagers.

In 2017, Hamish embarked on his career as a Finance Broker with Rostron Finance. With seven years of experience at Rostron, he not only honed his
in-depth product knowledge but also refined a customer-focused approach rooted in honesty and transparency. In 2024, Hamish realised it was
time to take the next step of his journey and establish his own finance brokerage, leading to the creation of Noble Asset Finance—affectionately known as Noble AF.
